Blossom (1991)
Season 1, Episode 8 – After Blossom grabs her ALF plush to snuggle in bed, ALF appears in a dream sequence, He plays a St. Peter type character, guarding the gates of heaven. She dreams she is unable to enter Heaven because she is dating a geeky boy. He proclaims “Thou shalt not geek.”
The Simpsons (1995, 1997, 1998)
“Remember ALF? He’s back in POG form.” This classic line came from Season 7, Episode 4 – “Bart Sells His Soul”. I’m cheating a little on my list, but had to include this reference.
ALF appears in a police lineup with other aliens. (Season 8, Episode 10 – “The Springfield Files”
In a commercial for Bi-Mon-Sci-Fi-Con, ALF is promoted as one of the stars appearing.
Talk Soup (Late 1990s)
I couldn’t find the exact year for this, but ALF hosted an episode of Talk Soup. He explains to the viewers that “You’re not in some kind of mid-’80s time warp, I’m everyone’s favorite alien life form — I’m Regis Philbin.”
Love Boat: The New Wave (1999)
In Season 2, Episode 16 “Trance of a Lifetime”, ALF appears as a young girl’s doll that she images is talking to her.
