ALF’s Wardrobe (Season 2)

With the success of Season 1, Jason Cort doubled the amount of looks for Season 2. In Season 2, there are a total 46 looks and we start to see ALF’s outfits repeating. That will continue on more throughout the series.

In season 2, there were 4 outfits that were repeated.

Season 2 – Episode 1 “Working My Way Back to You”

ALF has to go a week without destroying anything in the Tanner household and becomes their butler. His attire is a white button down and a bowtie

Season 2 – Episode 2 “Somewhere Over the Rerun”

ALF dreams up that he’s in an episode of Giligian’s Island and wears a bright and colorful Hawaiian shirt.

Season 2 – Episode 3 “Take a Look at Me Now”

The trench coat and fedora outfit. First seen in Season 1, Episode 6

ALF appears to Raquel on her TV and wears his best alien attire; a blue scuba mask with a matching blue sweatshirt and a strainer on his shoulder.

Season 2 – Episode 4 “Wedding Bell Blues”

ALF runs away to join a monastery and wears a brown habit.

Back at home, ALF wears a red and black bathrobe.

Season 2 – Episode 5 “Prime Time”

Red and white striped pajamas. This is the first of many appearances throughout the show.

Another Hawaiian shirt for this season. ALF wears a white Hawaiian shirt with jungle flair.

Season 2 – Episode 6 “Some Enchanted Evening”

ALF makes an appearance at the Tanner’s Halloween party as himself, but with a giant zipper in the front.

Season 2 – Episode 7 “Oh, Pretty Woman”

To help Lynn with a pageant, ALF dawns his blue “coach” sweatshirt

Season 2 – Episode 8 “Somethings Wrong With Me”

ALF’s back with his red and white striped pajamas. The second appearance of these pajamas.

ALF wears a blue button down shirt and apron while serving Kate and Willie.

Still recreating Kate and Willie’s honeymoon, ALF dresses a bellboy with red vest, tie and crips white shirt.

Season 2 – Episode 11 “Hail to the Chief”

An episode filled with six different outfits! ALF keeps appearing in Kate’s dream in different suits in a debate. Then out of the dream, ALF goes from wearing Kate’s jewelry to a red smoking jacket.

Season 2 – Episode 12/13 “ALF’s Christmas Special”

In this special, ALF firsts wear a red tartan scarf, then a blue v-neck sweater that was a gift for Willie. In the second half of the special, ALF wears a medical outfit with a mask and then dresses up as Santa Clause.

Season 2 – Episode 14 “The Boy Next Door”
